Melissa Reeves brings over 30 years of expertise in Office Administration and Personal Assistant roles, backed by a Diploma in Office Administration. With a deep passion for the dance industry, Melissa has spent the last seven years as an Office Manager, working closely with directors, choreographers, families, and students to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Known for her caring and gentle nature, Melissa is dedicated to supporting children and their families. She holds a First Aid Certificate, a Certificate III in Children’s Services, and is currently advancing her knowledge with a Certificate in Education Support.

Having worked alongside Wil for the past decade and being a vital part of the Wil Sabin Dance Academy for the last four years, Melissa is thrilled to continue her journey as Studio Manager, where her commitment and experience shine every day.

Jessica Martin

Jess Martin is the friendly face and organizational powerhouse behind our front desk.

With a deep-rooted connection to the dance world, Jess knows the industry inside and out—not only as a former dancer herself but also as the proud parent of a world champion dancer right here at our studio.

Clea Le Loux is the creative force behind our marketing efforts, with a special focus on our thriving pre-school department.

As a high school teacher and the mother of a world champion dancer at our studio, Clea brings a unique blend of educational insight and industry know-how to her role.
